Technical cooperation: Yinlun actively engages in technical cooperation with renowned
university in China and has established a special R&D organ; our investment in R&D has accounted for 5% of our sales revenues in recent years and our emphasis on R&D and technical cooperation has played a key role in our continuous and long-term development
Design and analysis method: Yinlun's Design Dept. adopts such CAE technologies as CFD and FEA to carry out engineering analysis of our products so that we can optimize our design, shorten product development cycle and satisfy our customers' requirements on new product development.
Design tools: we are capable of 3D design and simulative assembly.
"Quality and customer first and all-around participation"
has been our quality policy. In order to realize the quality target of
"zero defect", Yinlun has kept focusing its attention on
establishing and improving on its quality assurance system. We started
to establish a world-standard quality management system in the auto
industry as early as 1996. We got QS9000 and VDA 6.1 certified by the
renowned US Company of Perry Jhonson in 2000. In 2005, Yinlun is
planning to obtain the quality system certificates of ISO/TS16949,
ISO14000 and OHSAS 18000.
